•  Responsible for IT Operation Portfolio and IT Project Portfolio (budget, intake, resource management, periodic review, governance etc.)

•  Highly experienced with the broad scope for IT infrastructure, application, architecture, cybersecurity and DevOps.

•  Highly experienced with people management (10 direct reports as manager, and 100 indirect reports as level 2 or 3 manager) and vendor management (+10 external vendors at global and local country levels)

·         Senior IT Program Manager for digital transformation, setting up the latest ITSM solutions as ServiceNow, migrating 10K of IT and business users, onboarding regional service centers, rolling out new IT processes for service catalogue, change management and major incident etc. via Agile/Scrum

·         Senior IT Operation and Project Lead for 6’000 servers, 900 applications and 100 L1/L2/L3 supporters respectively in Switzerland, Argentina and India, delivering industry models via ITIL, GxP and best practices (e.g. waterfall)

·         Senior IT Program Lead to start the automation journey for the business teams, doubling the number of product submission to health authorities by implementing RPA and BPA solutions. Scaled up from 1 to 6 Agile squads based on principles of Nexus and SAFe. 

·         Stakeholder Management with senior top business and IT managers (CxO and direct reports)

·         Experience in latest Cybersecurity technologies (CyberArk, SOC and ISO standards etc.)
